NeoGPC SVN r6

NeoGPC SVN r6 is released. NeoGPC is a NeoGeo Pocket Color emulator with the intention of becoming accurate enough to emulate the NGPC bios and properly run all games and homebrew. NeoGPC will also include a debugger with breakpoints and all of the necessary pieces to accurately create NGPC homebrew.
