WinUAE v2.2.0 Beta 2 is released.Winuae is the commodore amiga emulator for Windows. WinUAE is a mostly complete software emulation of the hardware of the Commodore Amiga 500/1000/2000. A Commodore Amiga, for those who don’t know, is a 16/32 bit computer system based on the Motorola 680×0 CPU and a few specially designed custom chips that provide very good graphics and sound capabilities. Its first incarnation, the A1000, appeared in 1985, followed by the highly successful A500 and A2000 models. WinUAE is a port of the originally written for Unixish systems UAE; but over time, it seems the Windows port, WinUAE has become the best version available on any platform. WinUAE is free software: you are welcome to distribute copies of it and/or modify it, under certain conditions. There is no warranty of any kind for UAE. DeSmuME Wii SVN r184 is released. DeSmuME Wii is a port of the Nintendo DS emulator DeSmuME to Wii homebrew. This project aims to port DeSmuME to Wii homebrew so that we can have a fully fledged, working, Nintendo DS emulator on Wii. It is being built with DeSmuME 0.95 and the latest available devkitPPC and libogc releases.
PCSX Reloaded SVN r48088 is released. PCSX-Reloaded is a fork of the PCSX-df Project, a PlayStation Emulator, with support for both Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems as well as several bugfixes/improvements.
Mame4All Dingoo OS Native v1.0 is released. Mame4All Dingoo is a port of MAME 0.37b5 emulator (originally by Nicola Salmoria) for the A320 Dingoo OS Native. MAME4ALL is also available for the GP2X, Wiz, PSP Dingoo Linux and GP32.
PCSX2 SVN r3008 is released. PCSX2 is a PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.
Fceux SVN r1888 is released. FCEUX is a cross platform, NTSC and PAL Famicom/NES emulator that is an evolution of the original FCE Ultra emulator. Over time FCE Ultra had separated into many separate branches.The concept behind FCEUX is to merge elements from FCE Ultra, FCEU rerecording, FCEUXD, FCEUXDSP, and FCEU-mm into a single branch of FCEU. As the X implies, it is an all-encompassing FCEU emulator that gives the best of all worlds for the general player, the ROM-hacking community, and the Tool-Assisted Speedrun Community.
GameEx v10.77 is released. GameEx is a graphical DirectX based front-end for MAME, Zinc, Daphne, PC Games, and all command line based game emulators, along with being a good Home Theatre PC solution. It also makes a good CarPC and touchscreen frontend. The original goal was for it to be used on Windows XP Media Center and Arcade Cabinets although it will run on any version of Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP and Vista.For just $25 (USD) you can too unlock the full potential of the front end.
Dolphin SVN r5452 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.
SheepShaver for Windows (build 05-05-2010) is released. SheepShaver is a PowerPC G4 Apple Macintosh Emulator for MacOS X, Linux/i586, Linux/x86_64 and Windows.
MESS SVN r8041 is released.MESS is a free emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems.
Zx Spectrum 4 .Net v1.0.3784 Build 26497 is released.ZX Spectrum Emulator for Microsoft Windows, developed under Microsoft .net framework.The emulator currently supports 48k rom, tzx tape file and tape deck emulation, Sound, Border (loading boarders), Basic, Snapshot saving and more ...other supported file formats include sna, z80, tap.The ZX Spectrum emulator was the result of getting to know the .net environment a little better, and since staring have found ourselves up against barriers within the environment leaving no choice but to use some existing native windows calls, thanks Microsoft.
Sinclairean B11 is released. Sinclairean is a new ZX Spectrum emulator written in machine code for x86-compatible, OpenGL-capable computers.
