PCSX2 SVN r1081

PCSX2 SVN r1081 is released.PCSX2 is a PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

wxGui branch: [linux] Added soundtouch and bzip2 projects for Code::Blocks, and fixed up Release mode build targets for pcsx2/zlib.

CodeBlocks Project Changes:
* Fixed some absolute folder specifications (/home/pubuntu/) which went
unnoticed.
* Enabled Precompiled header support (speeds up compilation about 40% for me).
