Fix for the behavior of the analog control and deadzone in PuruPuru and Xmaple plugins. And, made an INI setting for Xmaple's deadzone.
Also, switched L<=>R triggers for PuruPuru.
This should fix Issue 21 , hopefully. =]

--nullDC is built now as a windows application instead of console :)
--nullDC/GUI now follows the nCmdShow parameter passed from windows
These, combined with -config nullDC:NoConsole=1 should make fronted integration better
