PCSX Reloaded SVN r61403

EmuCR: PCSX ReloadedPCSX Reloaded SVN r61403 is released. PCSX-Reloaded is a fork of the PCSX-df Project, a PlayStation Emulator, with support for both Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems as well as several bugfixes/improvements.

PCSX Reloaded SVN r61403 Changelog:
dfsound - spu.c, registers.c
- (Hopkat) Fix noise channel (pitch, sound)
- Not accurate, fixes FF sounds
