SatellaWave Lite v0.1

EmuCR: Bsnes-BsxSatellaWave Lite v0.1 is released. SatellaWave Lite is a file splitter. This program is made for easier file splitting to bsnes-sx2 (aka bsnes-bsx) compatible files (BSX????-???.bin). Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Runtime is needed. This is a command line program. It can be used on bat files without problems.
