EmuCR: Snes9xSnes9x TestBuild 20111101 is released. Snes9x is a portable, freeware Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) emulator. It basically allows you to play most games designed for the SNES and Super Famicom Nintendo game systems on your PC or Workstation; which includes some real gems that were only ever released in Japan.

EmuCR: ThunderMAME32UI+ ThunderMAME32UI+ 0.143u9 is released. ThunderMAME32UI is a series of Japanese derivative versions of MAME emulators.

EmuCR: GameBoy OnlineGameBoy Online (2011/11/04) is released. GameBoy Online is a Game Boy and GameBoy Color emulator written in Javascript. It strives to be efficient and try to have a perfect compatibility. Currently the execution speed is not optimal even on browsers. For example on Chrome, which is nevertheless deemed to run Javascript faster on a PC running Windows 7 64-bit version with a double heart 2 CPUs at 2.2 GHz, games run at normal speed but almost skipping some frames.

EmuCR: SharpChip-8SharpChip-8 v0.3 Alpha is released. SharpChip-8 is an experimental and study Chip-8 emulator written in C#, it use OpenTK for rendering (via OpenGL).

EmuCR:FceuxFceux SVN r2340 is released. FCEUX is a cross platform, NTSC and PAL Famicom/NES emulator that is an evolution of the original FCE Ultra emulator. Over time FCE Ultra had separated into many separate branches. The concept behind FCEUX is to merge elements from FCE Ultra, FCEU rerecording, FCEUXD, FCEUXDSP, and FCEU-mm into a single branch of FCEU. As the X implies, it is an all-encompassing FCEU emulator that gives the best of all worlds for the general player, the ROM-hacking community, and the Tool-Assisted Speedrun Community.

EmuCR: ScummVMScummVM v1.4.0 is released. ScummVM is a program which allows you to run certain classic graphical point-and-click adventure games, provided you already have their data files. EmuCR: PCSX ReloadedPCSX Reloaded SVN r71998 is released. PCSX-Reloaded is a fork of the PCSX-df Project, a PlayStation Emulator, with support for both Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems as well as several bugfixes/improvements.

EmuCR:DeSmuMEDeSmuME SVN r4120 is released. DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator for Linux, Mac OS and Windows. DeSmuME supports save states, the ability to increase the size of the screen and it supports filters to improve image quality. DeSmuME also supports microphone use on Windows and Linux ports, as well as direct video and audio recording. The emulator also features a built-in movie recorder.

EmuCR: EmuPack EmuPack v1.8.1 Beta 3 is released. EmuPack is a collection of emulators that have been developed by the emulation communities. An emulator is software that duplicates the functions of the hardware that it is trying to emulate. Basically emulators make it possible, for example, to play Nintendo or Playstation games on your computer. EmuPack is an installer script and frontend that attempts to create an out of box solution for emulation of multiple consoles and file type associations.

EmuCR: MESSMESS SVN r13171 is released. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.
