ValDanX SVN r95

EmuCR:ValDanX ValDanX SVN r95 is released. ValDanX is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for windows. ValDanX is a modified version of PCSX2. It's based on source code of PCSX2.

1.Fix for Issue 780 (pal - ntsc detect broken).
2.Fixed fps limit.
3.Fixed bugs ASM code in microVU.
