EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r6965 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

PCSP NEWS - Some issues with pcsp v0.5.1

It appears there is a bug with pcsp and single core cpus. It is very likely that pcsp will freeze from parallel threads that it tries to syncronize. There is already a fix for that for all you ppl that still using old machines with single core (who does anyway).

A bug fix version will be release shortly among with a very interesting feature.

PCSX2/Mac - 0.9.6 Snow Leopard

EmuCR: SNESGTSNESGT v0.230 Beta 7 is released. SNESGT is a new version of SNES emulator on the Windows/DOS platform. SNESGT is a fairly new emulator from GIGO and Hii (who also made G-NES and TGB Dual). It's the best emulator if you're looking for the most accurate BS Satellaview emulation (even better than SNES9X & ZSNES).

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 SVN r4271 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

RomManager Dats v0.141u1

EmuCR: RomManagerRomManager Dats v0.141u1 is released. RomManager is a mIRC script that allows you to display the status of your Emulation-related collections in an IRC channel. The interesting part is that you can also ask for people's stats, to compare your totals, and know which of your database needs to be updated/filled (and who can help you in this task ;) )

RomVault v1.5.4

EmuCR:RomVault RomVault v1.5.4 is released. RomVault is a new rom management tool. RomVault should be seen as an alternative to clrmame pro with some nice and new features that could make it perfect for managing large numbers of dats / collections using less time (one scan vs N dats a time instead of one scan for each dat) and giving you a nice easy to use GUI.

EmuCR: EmuCenter2EmuCenter2 v1 Build 5722 Beta is released. EmuCenter2 is a simplistic interface that combines the best emulators of console video games for greater simplicity.

SSF Test Version (11/01/28)

EmuCR:SS EmulatorsSSF Test Version (11/01/28) is released. SSF is a Sega Saturn emulator for Windows systems using DirectX 9.0b. The current version claims near-complete implementation of the Sega Saturn hardware (not counting emulation bugs), and can emulate the Saturn based Sega Titan Video arcade hardware too. As with most emulators, CDs or disc images are not included and have to be owned separately. The BIOS is also not included; as of 0.07 Beta R3, games run without the BIOS however. The usage of BIOS files is optional but recommended for better compatibility, and needed for tasks such as management of the contents of the internal memory of the Sega Saturn, or setting the system clock.

MESS SVN r10219

EmuCR: MESSMESS SVN r10219 is released. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.
