Project Update: PS3 Nintendo DS Emulator [Work in Progress] (2011/06/01)
An anonymous developer has released a proof of concept video showcasing a Nintendo DS emulator which he has ported to the PS3. The emulator is still in the early stages of development but runs extremely smoothly, however, it does lack sound. The developer is labeling the emulator as being in the alpha stage of development.

MESS SVN r11757 is released. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.
