pspudb v0.02

pspudb v0.02 is released. pspudb is a rewrite of pcsp-udb this time using advanscene database. Atm it only stands as database viewer but many capabilities are planned.

pspudb v0.02 changelog:
-Added progressbar in update dialog for total progress
-Added progressbar in update dialog to monitor per file download
-Fixed a bug on update manager where crash might occur if no update is neccesary
-Added Australia flag to Region display
-Sorting is now works for database table
-Fetch all entries at once. scrolling is now better
-psp images dialog now show size in MB too.
-updated to psp version 951 advanscene database
-updated to psn version 100 advanscene database
