DOSBox SVN r3790

EmuCR: DOSBoxDOSBox SVN r3790 is released. DOSBox emulates an Intel x86 PC, complete with sound, graphics, mouse, joystick, modem, etc., necessary for running many old MS-DOS games that simply cannot be run on modern PCs and operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux and FreeBSD. However, it is not restricted to running only games. In theory, any MS-DOS or PC-DOS (referred to commonly as "DOS") application should run in DOSBox, but the emphasis has been on getting DOS games to run smoothly, which means that communication, networking and printer support are still in early development.

David Haywood's MAME(tm) WIP - Coming Out of the Shadows (2012/08/02)

Coming Out of the Shadows

I did want this next update to be about the rare Sega game Charles is current dumping the FD1094 key for, to complete a trilogy of ’3D’ sprite based games, but as it turns out the ROMs aren’t fully dumped yet (although the key has been, fingers crossed it’s still good!)

Jpcsp SVN r2665

EmuCR:JPcspJpcsp SVN r2665 is compiled. JPCSP is the most advanced PlayStation Portable(PSP) emulator, allowing you to play your PSP games on a PC. Even though Jpcsp is written in Java, it can already reach 100% PSP speed on a lot of commercial games... and the emulator performance is constantly increasing. Jpcsp takes full advantage of dual-core processors, matching the PSP dual-core architecture. Even a quad-core can give a small performance improvement by leaving free CPU cores for the Java JIT Compiler and the graphics cache.
