EmuCR: UME UME v0.150×1 is released. UME (Universal Machine Emulator) combines the features of MAME and MESS into a single multi-purpose emulator. The project represents a natural course of development for the emulators which already share large amounts of code and is part of an ongoing effort to unify development efforts and provide a single emulation platform for users and developers alike.

EmuCR: HyperLaunchHyperLaunchHQ v1.0.12.0 is released. HyperLaunchHQ is the GUI for HyperLaunch. HyperLaunch is a compiled script that handles the launching of emulators via HyperSpin. The Official compiles of HyperLaunch include the compiled (HyperLaunch.exe) and the raw HyperLaunch.ahk. Just place the HyperLaunch.exe into your HyperSpin directory and overwrite your old one. The .ahk file is included for you to edit and compile your own version using AutoHotKey.

Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

MasterGear will also help hobbyists who still write software for these systems to debug their works without using rare and costly development hardware.

EmuCR: fs-uaefs-uae v2.3.7dev5 is released. fs-uae is a multi-platform Amiga emulator based on UAE/WinUAE, with a focus on emulating floppy-disk and CD-ROM based games. An important feature of the emulator is that it is fully controllable with a gamepad from your couch, with an on-screen GUI, which means that you can easily swap floppies and load save states with your gamepad. fs-uae is well suited to be started from an emulator frontend running on a HTPC, for instance.

Jpcsp takes full advantage of dual-core processors, matching the PSP dual-core architecture. Even a quad-core can give a small performance improvement by leaving free CPU cores for the Java JIT Compiler and the graphics cache.

DeSmuME also supports microphone use on Windows and Linux ports, as well as direct video and audio recording. The emulator also features a built-in movie recorder.

As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.
