nullDC vs2013-fix Git (2015/09/18)

EmuCR: nullDCnullDC vs2013-fix Git (2015/09/18) is compiled. nullDC is an open source Sega Dreamcast(DC) and NAOMI videogame systems emulator for Microsoft Windows. nullDC runs several Dreamcast games at good speed, with full sound and music. NullDC requires the latest version of Microsoft DirectX, the latest Visual C++ runtime libraries and optionally WinPcap for modem emulation. As usual for emulators, a dump of the original console BIOS is also needed. It has a plugin architecture, with several alternative implementations (some ported from Chankast) for graphics, sound, reading games burned to CD-ROMs (it cannot read GD-ROMs directly) or disk image files, memory cards, etc.

nullDC vs2013-fix Git Changelog:
* vs2013: some more fixes
* Fix for vs2k13 / win8 sdk
- Replaced d3d9x calls w/ d3dcompiler
- D3DFont & co are now dropped
- Disabled winpcap
Don't get too excited, I'm just fixing this so I can cross test w/ reicast ~

    1. Go back to Windows 7. It is the best for many emulators than 8.0 and 10.
