Mesen-S Git (2019/10/24) is compiled. Mesen-S is a cross-platform SNES emulator for Windows & Linux built in C++ and C#.

Mesen-S Git changelog:
* Cheats: UI - Sort cheats alphabetically
* Cheats: Mirror PAR cheats for the first 2k of WRAM
* Save States: Make states a bit more robust to changes and compress their contents (breaks save state compatibility)
* SDD1: Added decompressor state to save states
