Vita3K Git (2019/10/28) is complied. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

* mem: Fix mprotect'ed size to account for leftover page
* util: Add align_down() and improve align()
* setting: Use file explorer for change background image and emu path.
* external: add nativefiledialog submodule
* gui: Add game context menu.
