DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/07/13)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/07/13) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Assume powf is always available via C99
* Update allowed warnings limits
* Fix effc++ warnings in Prop_int class
* Initialize srcx, tarx when necessary
* Remove misleading indentation
* Remove unused local variable 'finished' in FCB_Parsename
* Remove unused local variable 'failed' in CMD_COPY
* Fix effc++ warnings in callback.h
* Assert paging.links.used is zero after clearing
* Enable M_PI under MSVC, and use it in existing code
