DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/09/21)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/09/21) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox Git Changelog:
* Update Alt+Pause fix to use SDL 2.0
* Merge branch 'svn/trunk' r4366
* refine alt-pause a bit, so it handles keeping alt-pressed and releasing it when returning to main loop a bit better.
