Vita3K Git (2020/12/31) is complied. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

* SceGxm: add error checks and stub some functions
* SceCtrl: fix controller binding ext
* SceCtrl: fix keyboard l1/r1 buttons
* SceCtrl: use input_mode_ext in peek_buffer if the function has the "Ext" suffix
