Hades Git (2023/01/17)

Hades Git (2023/01/17) is compiled. A Nintendo Game Boy Advance emulator. Hades is still under heavy development but it aimes to have a decent balance between usability, speed and accuracy.

Hades Git Changelog:
* Correctly print the name of the FIFO registers in logs.
* Fix an invalid read when logging timers overflow.
* Improve `README.md`.
