DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/02/03)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/02/03) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Update glib wrap to version 2.74.4 revision 1
* Do not ignore mouse events in seamless mode when focus is lost
* Harmonize function naming between SDL and mouse support
* Fix mause focus handling on pause due to inactive window
* Standardize python script formatting using black
* Drop unecessary parens in Python scripts
* Remove some deprecated pylint config entries
