NSFPlay Git (2025/02/05)

NSFPlay Git (2025/02/05) is compiled. NSFPlay is an NSF player for Windows and plugin for Winamp. It is a fork of the original program by Brezza, intended to provide support for more recent Windows operating systems, and improve its accuracy and utility.

NSFPlay Git Changelog:
* Mention contrib folder in readme, and explain in contrib readme what the intended platforms are.
* Merge pull request #88 from tsone/master
* MSYS2 build action
* fix contrib build on linux and macos (nsf2wav, nsfmeta), add contrib to github workflow
