PPSSPP Git (2025/07/22) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* Merge pull request #20657 from hrydgard/more-fixes
* Rename mp3Map to g_mp3Map
* Show sceAac contexts in ImDebugger
* Default to Vulkan on Win10+ (previously Win11+). Set UI scaling default to -1 on all desktops.
