PCSX2-Reliquary v1.6

PCSX2-Reliquary v1.6 is released. PCSX2 Reliquary is a PCSX2 fork focused on accurate emulation of security flows and esoteric PS2-derived hardware. It targets platforms and software outside the usual retail console path, including systems such as the Konami Python 1 & 2, and Namco System families.

Usability fixes
Screenshots in parallel-GS no longer broken
Arcade bios selector. Selecting a bios for Arcade mode will cause it to be auto-selected when launching python 1 titles. Retail will be used for Retail and Python 2 titles as expected.
MG Fallback, if keys not defined, behave like PCSX2 and emulate & stub mecha communication. This will prevent python 1 & 2 titles as well as dvd and hdd installs from working, but will allow retail games to save again for people interested in that.
