Visual Pinball v9.0.7 is released.Visual Pinball is a video game suite for Microsoft Windows. It is composed of an emulator, simulator and editor. The editor allows users to create and play recreations of pinball machines and self-designed tables.Visual Pinball's ability to import external sounds and images, in addition to its support of Visual PinMAME to emulate original ROMs, allows players to play renditions of real pinball machines.

ball needs to be allowed outside playfield area (reported by Scapino) - now fixed
removed remaining minimum black masks for ramps, reels, images, lights, kickers, and top and side surfaces

Plunger scatter velocity requires global table difficulty to be >0
Global table difficulty valid values from 0.0 to 1.0 - affects amount of scatter on walls as well as plunger variance
