SPU2-X SVN r2836 is released. SPU2-X is a pcsx2 sound plugin for PCSX2.

- Moved the async mixing toggle into the ini.
- New "Peops SPU2-like" async mixing mode.
- Can only be toggled in source for now, as it will lower compatibility.
