PCSX2 SVN r3030 is released. PCSX2 is a PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.PCSX2 SVN Changelog:

This means you can put your cheats in "\cheats\*.pnach" and pcsx2 will read them from there.
Notes:
I have included some persona 4 cheats as an example in this commit...
Also note that currently the "Enable Patches" menu item also pertains to cheats (as well as database file patches).
I will add a separate "Enable Cheats" menu item in the future...
