ValDanX SVN r79

EmuCR:ValDanX ValDanX SVN r79 is released. ValDanX is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for windows. ValDanX is a modified version of PCSX2. It's based on source code of PCSX2.

    I believe ther's something wrong done when compiling because i only got the exe (no plugins, no dlls no nothing) and had to get those from r22 which didn't work pretty well because now ffxii refuses to work although it worked on r22 and pcsx2
