Dolphin SVN r6201

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r6201 is released.Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator.It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. OpenCL is enabled in this build.

bs2emu: load 32bytes of the disc header to memory instead of just 10bytes.

    Is there any reason why the new wiimote plugin isn't included?
    Even the DX11 plugin is included, which is newer.
