PCSX Reloaded SVN r58115

EmuCR: PCSX ReloadedPCSX Reloaded SVN r58115 is released. PCSX-Reloaded is a fork of the PCSX-df Project, a PlayStation Emulator, with support for both Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems as well as several bugfixes/improvements.

PCSX Reloaded SVN r58115 Changelog:
CDROM Buffer: cdrom.c
- real hardware uses 16 output bytes then loops around (edgbla)
(Works with GameShark music players = 17 bytes)
