Snes9x ReRecording SVN r168

Snes9x ReRecording SVN r168 is released. Snes9x ReRecording has three branches. These are Snes9x 1.43、Snes9x 1.51 and Snes9x 1.52 respectively. This is the development project for this branch of Snes9x. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Asssisted movies.

1.43: Remove AGG codes. It won't back until we take a special permission from the author of AGG, since Snes9x cannot include GPL codes directly.

1.43: Modify types.h and fix redefinition of stat. I guess that had broken the compile of spc7110.cpp
