Vba-ReRecording SVN r303 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Assisted movies.

* Improved the workaround of freezing GB games (e.g Megaman World) with A+B+Select+Start
** Whether this workaround is in effect is recorded in the VBM header the reusing a deprecated bit.
** Added an option "Options->(GBA) Emulation->Use GB Null Input Kludge" to toggle this workaround.
* Fixed the lag counter with "Options->(GBA) Emulation->Use Old GB/Frame Timing" on.
* Fixed the issue that VBA might save the wrong settings if exited during movie playback.
