Vba-ReRecording SVN r327

Vba-ReRecording SVN r327 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording branch of VisualBoyAdvance.This is the development project for this branch of VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Assisted movies.

VBA rerecording changelog:
r326
* Disabled an intended "feature" which created inconsistency and thus turned out to be a "bug". Issue #72 done.
** However, the behavior of closing the movie file after the file ends has changed. Now the movie is closed one frame after it ends. This allows the user to pause at its end and append to it more easily.
r327
* Re-reverted when VBAMovieRestart() would be called. Further improvements expected.
