Degap v1.14

EmuCR: DegapDegap v1.14 is released. Degap is a emulator for sega master system and game gear which uses SDL.

Degap v1.14 Changelog:
- degap(DEGA portable, no x86 parts)
- removed doze engine, using MAME 0.141s
- keymap file
- first work on light phaser support(only cursor work)
- minor improvements

    I don't get this. Programmers busting their balls creating code they don't even bother to compile... WTH??? Why do 99% of the job and stop one short step away from completion? I mean, there are only 3 main environments, not 44 billions. You have Linux, Mac and Windows.
