PCSX2 SVN r4754

PCSX2 SVN r4754 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

SPU2-X: Quality fix (?): take crest value to mean the electronics definition and clamp modulated pitch to [0,0x3fff] on the basis that the SPU2 probably is incapable of decoding two words of samples for each voice in each tick. Honestly this is still guessing, we only really know that it was wrong.
