Vba-ReRecording SVN r401

Vba-ReRecording SVN r401 is released. VBA rerecording is the re-recording branch of VisualBoyAdvance. This is the development project for this branch of VBA. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Assisted movies.

Fixed a bug where loading a movie from clear SRAM would cause a SIGSEGV.
r400
Fixed yet another SIGSEGV in Linux. It looks like the OS will interpret any indexation with negative numbers as a memory violation o_O
r401
Frame counter and input display now show up correctly on Linux.
