Dolphin SVN r7230 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

1964mod v1.4.0 Beta

1964mod v1.4.0 Beta is released. 1964mod is a N64 emulator using the codes from original 1964 by Schibo & Rice. It is not created as a replacement to the original 1964 emulator. Hopefully, its enhancement will benefit people who loves the original 1964. 1964mod is currently at an early stage of experimentation & development. It is used as a learning platform to improve my programming knowledge and skills.

PCSX2 SVN r4343

PCSX2 SVN r4343 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

DOSBox SVN r3678

DOSBox SVN r3678 is released. DOSBox emulates an Intel x86 PC, complete with sound, graphics, mouse, joystick, modem, etc., necessary for running many old MS-DOS games that simply cannot be run on modern PCs and operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux and FreeBSD. However, it is not restricted to running only games. In theory, any MS-DOS or PC-DOS (referred to commonly as "DOS") application should run in DOSBox, but the emphasis has been on getting DOS games to run smoothly, which means that communication, networking and printer support are still in early development.

Bochs v2.4.6

Bochs v2.4.6 is released. Bochs is a highly portable open source IA-32 (x86) PC emulator written in C++, that runs on most popular platforms. It includes emulation of the Intel x86 CPU, common I/O devices, and a custom BIOS. Currently, Bochs can be compiled to emulate a 386, 486, Pentium/PentiumII/PentiumIII/Pentium4 or x86-64 CPU including optional MMX, SSEx and 3DNow! instructions.

NesDS EX v0.31

NesDS EX v0.31 is released. NesDS EX is a new EX edition of NesDS. NesDS is a public-domain NES emulator for the Nintendo DS. NesDS EX emulates the NES/FC games that the origianl NesDS didn't work well.

MESS SVN r10553

MESS SVN r10553 is released. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.

Ootake v2.51

Ootake v2.51 is released. Ootake is a PC Engine emulator for Windows. Ootake is the most frequently updated PC Engine emulator available for windows, and Ootake is also one of the more complete. Also, Ootake is FREE unlike Magic Engine.
