This is a Semicom game from 1997, it runs on hardware which is very similar to their later release, Dream World, although in this case the sound hardware is inferior, it only has a single OKIM6295. (There seems to be game code to drive an additional one still present, but neither the chip, nor sample rom is on the PCB)

Dolphin SVN r7553 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.
Altirra 2.0 Test 2
Altirra 2.0 Test 2 is released. Altirra is an Atari 8 bit Emulator on the Windows/DOS platform. Altirra emulates several models of the 8-bit Atari computers. This includes the the 800, 800XL, and 130XE versions. It has a lot of options, and compatibility is decent especially given the emulator's early stages. It also supports some copy protected games properly in emulation.

PCSX2 SVN r4657 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.
