Dolphin Git 3.0-486

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin Git 3.0-486 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.

Dolphin Git changelog:
* Gameini database update. About 142 files updated or added to the database.
* Fix some regressions from r3b38295cbd08.

    @3, that's because you're using HLE audio, use LLE if your PC is powerful enough
