nullDC-Naomi optimized SVN r140

EmuCR: nullDCnullDC-Naomi optimized SVN r140 is compiled. This is an optimized build. nullDC-Naomi is an open source NAOMI Arcade System Emulator. It will NOT run Dreamcast games.

chd: support for newer format chds
arm: read rotates for unaligned, force alignment (fixes audio in some games)

    I don't have the faintest idea on how to run NAOMI games with this emu. I have my roms in MAME / Demul format. Any ideas?

    demul roms wont work.it doesnt matter,as Demul is much better @ Naomi then NullDC is.NullDc is good for dreamcast non Wince games
