MAME SVN r17182

MAME SVN r17182 is compiled. MAME stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator. When used in conjunction with images of the original arcade game's ROM and disk data, MAME attempts to reproduce that game as faithfully as possible on a more modern general-purpose computer. MAME can currently emulate several thousand different classic arcade video games from the late 1970s through the modern era.

* Convert remaining drivers. Kill off old 8255ppi.

* Removed legacy Z80 CTC interfaces.

Removed Star Force sound hack in favor of just driving a DAC
directly with the CTC output line (MAME can handle sound
frequency timers no problem).
r17182
* Removed NOTIMER hack from Z80 CTC interface (Star Force was
the only one using it). The first parameter of the interface
struct is now gone.
