MEWUI v0.165 - 0.147u1 is released. MEWUI is intended as an simple extension of the internal UI of MAME, whose main characteristic lies in viewing the complete games list.

* Added preliminary menu for configuring options MAME / MEWUI (at the moment with a few items)
