x360ce SVN r595

x360ce SVN r595 is compiled. Xbox 360 Controller Emulator (a wrapper library that translates the xinput calls to directinput calls) which allows your controller (GamePad, Joystick, Wheel, ...) to function like an Xbox 360 controller on a Windows PC. For example it allows you to play Grand Theft Auto (GTA) game with Logitech wheel.

Get axis/slider etc. prefix at Ini class level, ie. get ride off Config.cpp atoi() mess !
Also removed d-pad constants ("UP", "DOWN", "LEFT", "RIGHT"). For now d-pad values must be in degrees * 100 (like in DInput).
Added defaults to d-pad pov values in Config.h. If left/right/up/down is not mapped, defaults will be used - should be fine for most devices.
