SoftGraphic HLE plugin v1.4 for Project64 is released. SoftGraphic is a software rendering HLE graphics plugin and use MESS rdp core as rendering engine. No special RSP is needed and it is very slow but accurate, you need a fast CPU to get decent frame rate.
NOTES：
This plugin is based on angrylion's rdp plugin and MESS rdp, the credit of graphics rendering should goto MAME team and angrylion.
Settings:
SoftGraphic HLE plugin v1.4 for Project64
* add D3D9 driver support
* add UI to enable/disable D3D9 bilinear filter.
