MEWUI for MAME v1.53

MEWUI for MAME v1.53 is released. MEWUI is intended as an simple extension of the internal UI of MAME, whose main characteristic lies in viewing the complete games list.

MEWUI for MAME v1.53 Changelog:
Added:
- Image's switching (snapshots, etc ...) now also available with mouse.
- Left side panel for quick filter's selection.
- Grouped list mode also available for all filters.
- Background image in main menu
(all credits to George Spigot http://georgespigot.wordpress.com/).
- Support for source drivers data from MAMEINFO.
- Support for software infos from History.dat.
- Other minor adds.
