WinVICE SVN r29759

WinVICE SVN r29759 is compiled. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Fixed a really long-standing link issue by making calls to c64(sc)ui_*() functions come from c64mem(sc).c so the x64 and x64sc UIs get properly separated (on ports that want that.)
Also added calls in preparation for genuinely c64(sc)-specific menu items for BeVICE.
