OpenMSX Git (2015/10/05)

OpenMSX Git (2015/10/05) is complie. OpenMSX is an open source MSX emulator which is free according to the Debian Free Software Guidelines, available under the GNU General Public License.For copyright reasons the emulator cannot be distributed with original BIOS ROM images. OpenMSX includes C-BIOS a minimal implementation of the MSX BIOS, allowing to play quite some games without the need to have an original MSX BIOS ROM image. You can also use your own BIOS ROM image if you please.

OpenMSX Git Changelog:
* Visual Studio TCL 8.5.15 >> 8.5.18 upgrade
* Migrate Tcl to 8.5.18 in 3rdparty system.
This vastly reduces the needed patches (contacting the Tcl developers with the
patches we are applying helped a great deal, as they all landed in their code
now). The only one needed is for cross compiling. This patch was explicitly
refused by the Tcl developers (well, it's a hack anyway).
This version should also compile fine on Visual Studio 2015.
