WinVICE SVN r30260

WinVICE SVN r30260 is compiled. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Applied UltiMem patch by Marko Mäkelä: The -ultimem option and the snapshot reader and writer now support both 512KiB+512KiB and 8MiB+1MiB flash+RAM sizes. The smaller 512K+128K and 512K+256K options are not supported.
