EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2016/01/02) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Improve seeking issues in sceAtrac
* Atrac: Move currentSample on finish.
This seems to be what happens, and allows remaining frames to calculate
properly in some cases where it wasn't before.
* Atrac: Respect null output even in fail workaround.
* Atrac: Clamp packets to valid data.
In case we don't have full valid data yet, return only the part of the
data that is valid. This allows FFmpeg to decode data it already has, as
necessary.
* Atrac: Update fileoffset handling per tests.
This accounts for the extra offset value.
* Atrac: Fix a typo in loop handling.
* Atrac: remove double-read.
* Atrac: Backfill buffer when seeking anywhere.
This corrects the output of sample data when seeking to arbitrary
locations. Otherwise, it's off for a frame or two.
* Merge pull request #8348 from unknownbrackets/texcache
Centralize code in the texture cache, minor cleanups
* Move more common code around in texcache.
* Consistently use INVALID_TEX.
* Check for CLUT framebuffers only in VRAM.
* Validate the mirrors are in range.
We apply some things based on the assumption that it's in range inside
AttachFramebuffer, so let's not pass wrong things in.
* Move NotifyFramebuffer and LoadClut to common code.
* Buildfix _DEBUG-builds on non-win32
