Decaf Git Changelog:

This is required for a nice pm4 capture interface.

Some games use bizarre instructions like "CUBE Rn,(0,0,0,1),(1,0,0,0)",
but we can still give the correct output as long as each of the X/Y/Z
components is consistent.
